Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Custom products, including personalized sports uniforms, are eligible for a refund or cancellation only within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no refunds can be issued as production begins.

Issue Resolution Process

We believe in maintaining open communication with our customers. If you find that your custom sports uniform or other purchased items do not meet your expectations based on the instructions or specifications provided during purchase, please contact us within the 7-day window. We will work with you to resolve the issue through detailed discussions to ensure mutual satisfaction.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.

Custom items with personalized logos, colors, or designs are non-refundable once production has started

Issue Resolution Process

If there’s an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll work to resolve the issue through a replacement or compensation.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at sales@tiebreakerinternational.com with your order details. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

Available Solutions

  • Compensation: Partial or full compensation for future purchases or replacement items based on the situation.
  • Exchange: Eligible items can be exchanged for a similar or different product.
  • Return and Refund: Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item, and the refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products after the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Sale items or final sale products.

Once we inspect the returned item, you will be notified of your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, email sales@tiebreakerinternational.com with photos of the defect and your order number. Approved exchanges will include a prepaid return shipping label..
